Working Systemically - Reflection and Phase III

Objective:	Participants will develop a shared understanding of challenges and outcomes of implementing Phases I and II of the Working Systemically approach; increase their awareness of the purposes and processes for steps in Phase III – Planning Action; increase their ability to assist districts and schools in planning actions based on data and research including a process for job-embedded, collaborative, professional development; and strengthen relationships among colleagues within and across the ESCs and the TXCC.
