Coaching for Success for School Leaders

March 7-9, 2007

Objective:










Participants will have increased knowledge, skills, and access to resources to build the capacity of school leaders to
  • facilitate learning conversations to support collaboration focused on learning,    
  • use questioning skills to promote teachers' thinking about instructional practice and its impact on student outcomes, and
  • instill habits of reflection to increase organizational effectiveness on their campuses.
