Objective:


  • Gain additional clarity in using data for future planning by reflecting on past actions
  • Increase effectiveness in facilitating learning conversations that promote collaboration focused on learning
  • Add to existing questioning skills to promote thinking and reflection on the part of school leaders
  • Promote habits for reflecting on action and for action to promote increased organizational effectiveness
