Coaching Conversations Using States of Mind

Webcasts

The Texas Comprehensive Center at SEDL held a webcast February 15th, from 10:00–11:00 AM, titled "Coaching Conversations Using States of Mind." This presentation featured Dr. Bill Sommers, who led our session on Coaching for Success for TA Providers in January 2007. Bill began by modeling a coaching conversation with a "less than autonomous" person. Bill modeled how to use the States of Mind to help in such situations. He then debriefed the conversation and answered questions from participants.
